This place is in a great location, close to a metro station and a large supermarket just outside. It's easy to reach from the airport, either by direct bus or on the subway. The staff is very helpful and can assist with arranging transportation. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen and a washing machine. Staff doesn't talk good english, very hard to get them understand a word. Furniture very old needs to be changed. Clean the pots and plates befor people check in!!!!

For us it was ideal.

We love the free laundry service. You leave your dirty clothes in a pile when you leave for the day. Everything is washed and folded when you return. The kitchen is well equipped except for a toaster. The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent.

The building is little old.The bathroom is a little outdated and not spotless. You need to bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner if you would like a better product.

Very comfortable and well located apartment hotel.Staff are really interested in customer satisfaction of the guests. Both Mr Jenny Qiu ( hope I have the correct name) and the lady staff made us feel at home.There are no extras with even use of washing machine being included in the room price.We had left a few clothes in the washing machine but when we came back we found it had been hung to dry. Very considerate.A little expensive but worth it. Highly recommended.

Uneven heating by the microwave oven but i guess with so many pluses , we can forget about this.

The location of this service apartment was key to our Christmas trip. It was located close to public transport and shopping, which made it easy to explore the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen in the apartment, which allowed us to cook our own Christmas dinner. Another fact we appreciated was the daily cleaning service, which kept the apartment neat and tidy.

the constant honking of horns outside made it difficult to sleep at night.

We stayed in a nice apartment, close to a Metro station with a large supermarket just outside the Metro station and lots of restaurants around. the location was in the heart of the city which made it convenient for us to explore. the English-speaking staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The rooms all seemed to be for smokers and the smell of cigarettes was quite strong throughout.

The principal staff Jenny provided excellent service. The free laundry service was an unexpected bonus.

Staff friendly and helpful, location good with amenities such as Massage/Spa, Salon, Family Mart,Bank and Food (KFC) around the corner.

Only longbath and 1 hanger rod in bathroom. Could do with a magnifying make-up mirror in the bathroom. For the suite, wireless internet instead of wired as it is in the bedroom working desk which cause disturbance if one partner is sleeping and the other want to use the internet.

Location is perfect, just a short walk from the Metro station and JingAn temple. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

May be absence of breakfast, but there are so many options to eat early around, so basically no negative impression.

Great place in a good location. Quiet street, but close to everything. I had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and living area on level 5.The staff were very helpful and the rooms are clean and modern.They even wash your clothes in the rooms washing machine at no cost.I travel to Shanghai often and this will be my first choice from now on.

Taxis seem to have trouble finding it.
